DESCRIPTION
The High Pressure crate washer is design for washing crates are using in Milk, Dahi, Ice Cream Crates in dairy industry.
TYPE
Straight Through type single track type.
WASHING SEQUENCE

| 3) Hot Water After Rinse | At nozzle pressure 4 to 5 kg/cm² with Multistage pump (Vertical type), suitable for 50–60°C |
TECHNICAL DATA
Finish
All welding joints are to be ground smoothly. All stainless steel surfaces are to
be mechanically polished.
Temperature Control
Temperature Control arrangement is provided for measuring temp. in Hot Water
Detergent section. For Controlling the Temp. solenoid valve is provided in Hot
Detergent Section.
Main Enclosure
The main enclosure is made from 2 mm - thick Stainless Steel sheet confirming
to AISI 304
Inspection Door
For easy accessibility it contain inspection doors all along the length on both
sides Crates guides are also provided through the length of the High Pressure
Crate washer.
Under Frame
The Under Frame is made of SS 304 steel, cold drawn hollow Square section.
The assembly have sufficient no. of SS legs with the stainless steel ball feet
having 50 mm vertical adjustment.
Conveyor Chain
This is made up of Poly Acetylene chain link with SS connecting pins removable
type.
Drive
Dive motor, drive transmission shaft and idler shaft have adequate provision for
adjustment and tensioning. Sprocket at entry of High Pressure Crate washer
have SS cover. Drive unit consist of direct shaft mounted type, Hollow shaft
gearbox & Motor.
Water heating Arrangement
For hot water, indirect steam heating coil will be used with a trap
