DESCRIPTION

  • The empty crates are stopped at the entry point of each Satellite conveyor through a pneumatic stopper & then with
    the sensing of available space on the Satellite conveyor, the empty crates are pushed on to the respective Satellite
    conveyors with the help of pneumatic pushers.
  • Crate indexer conveyor is placed bellow the Empty crate conveyor. It will lift up the empty crates and will index the
    pouches in a proper stacking manner.it will be linked with the discharge conveyor with PLC communication.
  • To and fro motion of the Crate indexer will be carried out by the servo drive for accurate movement and pneumatics will
    be used for up and down movement.
  • This entire operation is PLC based in a fully automatic manner. During Indexing specially designed ss frame is used to
    drop the pouches in the crates in exact position so as to achieve correct position of pouches and stacking of pouches.
  • The Filled crate conveyor runs parallel to the Empty conveyor & is placed on the leading end of the crate indexing
    conveyors. The function of Filled conveyor is to take up filled crates from all indexing conveyor & move them to the Cold
    Room. Alongside the Filled conveyor. The movement of crates is controlled on this through sensors & pneumatic
    actuators/stoppers to avoid any interference or collision of crates while entering the highway from Satellite conveyors.
  • Complete Automatic conveyor system is fully run by pre- programmed PLC system. This PLC system is capable of
    communication with the main SCADA system for signal transfers. HMI is provided along with PLC for operation of the
    entire packing line. It is possible to run 1, 2 or all 3 machines together or separately as required.
